Refund policy
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 require us to provide a refunds policy.
All customers ordering NFC Cards understand that due to printing and customisations these products may not be refunded unless they are damaged on arrival. All items are tested prior to dispatch. To prevent damage all items are dispatched in suitable protective postage to avoid damage in transit.
If you item is damaged it can be returned and it will be replaced on receipt of the damaged goods.
